Our Programs & Initiatives

At Springs of Living Water, we are committed to combating human trafficking and modern slavery through a comprehensive approach that encompasses prevention, rescue, rehabilitation and restoration. Our mission is to bring freedom and lasting change to individuals and communities affected by exploitation. Below are the key programs we offer:

Prevention

We work proactively to stop trafficking before it begins by addressing its root causes. Our prevention efforts include:

  • Conducting workshops, campaigns, and training sessions to inform at-risk individuals and communities about human trafficking and how to protect themselves.

  • Providing vocational training, financial literacy programs, and job opportunities to reduce vulnerability to trafficking.

  • Engaging local churches and faith-based organizations to offer guidance, mentorship, and community-based prevention efforts.

Teen Girls & Women Anti-Trafficking Initiative

We provide targeted support for teenage girls and women who are most at risk of trafficking or have survived exploitation. Our initiative includes:

  • Working with partners to identify, rescue, and provide immediate care for those ensnared by trafficking.

  • Offering secure housing, trauma informed care, medical care, and life skills training to help survivors rebuild their lives.

  • Facilitating scholarships, job training, and mentorship to empower survivors with sustainable opportunities.

Streams of Hope- Pathways to Reintegration

  • Springs Coffee

    Once our girls graduate from our program, they are given the opportunity to work at Springs Coffee as part of their transitional phase toward reintegration into the community. They have the option to work there while applying for job opportunities based on the vocational training they received at the house.

  • Springs Leather

    Once our girls graduate from the program, they have the opportunity to work and earn an income through Springs Leather. This initiative allows them to develop valuable skills, ease their reintegration into the community, and become holistically empowered through creativity and the arts. The Springs of Living Water community also has the opportunity to purchase these outstanding leather products and support the survivors on their journey toward restoration.

Anti-Trafficking Children’s Initiative

Children are among the most vulnerable to trafficking, and we are committed to their protection and rehabilitation through:

  • Many children are born into difficult circumstances due to their mothers being victims of trafficking. We care for these children by providing education, medical supplies, clothing, and essential support to ensure their well-being and a hopeful future.

  • We actively seek out children begging on the streets with their mothers, providing them with food, shelter, and access to education to break the cycle of exploitation and vulnerability.

  • We completely break the cycle of children becoming victims of trafficking through the love and power of Jesus Christ, offering them hope, healing, and a transformed future.
